JF Cycles – Legal Policies (UAE)

By accessing our website, booking a service, or purchasing products from JF Cycles, you agree to the following terms.

JF Cycles provides bicycle repair, maintenance, accessories sales, and mobile services.
Services are provided based on bicycle condition and customer request.
Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
JF Cycles may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
Home services require a safe and accessible workspace.
Pricing may change without notice.
Payments may be required in advance.
Payments are generally non-refundable once service has commenced, except where required by UAE law.
Used items are sold as-is unless stated otherwise.
No warranty is provided on used items unless explicitly stated.
Service workmanship issues must be reported within 48 hours.
Bicycles not collected within 14 days may incur storage fees.
Cycling involves inherent risks. JF Cycles is not liable for accidents after service completion.
All intellectual property belongs to JF Cycles.
UAE law governs these terms.

JF Cycles collects personal information such as name, contact details, service address, and payment data.
Information is used solely to provide services, communication, payments, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared with payment providers or authorities where required by law.
Customers may request access or deletion of their data.

Services may be cancelled with reasonable notice prior to commencement.
Once service has begun, refunds are generally not provided unless required by UAE law.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Used or custom-installed items are non-refundable unless defective.
